We are unhappy at the quality of sevrice given at Urban Homes Furniture. We purchased over 00 worth of furniture at Urban Home in Sherman Oaks. 1) We received damaged merchandise 2) We were lied to by salsman saying this is last table 3) The second replacement they delivered was damaged 4) Everytime we called the store they never followed through on calls promised or satisfying or making us a priority. A customer would probably get better service at a garage sale, because once you purchase there - no one seems to care. We were told they NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN with their pillows however it happened to 75% of the pillows we purchased. We are a professional couple and only use the pillows as accents to the sofa we bought at Urban Home. We would never recommend that another customer ever purchase anything from this store. Dishonesty and the ability not to care about a customer wont go to far ..
